Come see us at Fun Day – we’ll be selling hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as soda and water.  We’ll also have used books for sale – we have a great selection this year.  And, we will have a very quick paper and pencil survey that we would really appreciate you filling out for us!

What’s Happening at the Library…

Story Time fans – we will NOT be having story time on Tuesday, April 15th at the usual time.  Instead, we WILL be having a SPECIAL story time Friday, April 18th from 4p-5p. Stories, snacks and activities – hope to see you there!!

Bristol Knitters and Needlecrafters meets the first and third Tuesday of every month at 1pm.  Join the fun – bring whatever project you are working on and be ready to enjoy yourself!

Bristol Bookworms book-club meets the second Tuesday of the month at 12:30. Reading Homer and Langley by E L Doctorow for May.

“Reverse” Book Club meets the first Monday of each month.  Share books that you have enjoyed and hear about some you may have missed…

Volunteer Committee meets the last Monday of the month.  Join us to help the library in a way that fits you!

AARP Safe Driver class scheduled

The Bristol Library will be hosting the AARP Safe Driver class on April 1st and 3rd from 9am-Noon.  You must attend both sessions.  Please call the Library to register 229-5862

December 19th – join us from 6pm-7pm as we welcome local energy expert Greg Hays – he will talk about ways to cut energy costs and help us understand our utility bills.

December 28th   Noon-6:30 – AARP Safe Driver Course.  Please call the library to register. $17 for members, $19 for non-members – last class at these rates…

If you are looking for a special gift for someone, the library has lovely hand-knitted items and a variety of books for sale!

Remember the Library will be CLOSED Tues. Dec. 24th and Wed. Dec. 25th. Additionally, we will be closed on Dec. 31st and Jan. 1st.

Santa is coming…

Santa & Smith boys 1Dec. 2nd 6p – 7p Santa will be here for stories and family visits!  Please join us!

We will also start our annual Cookie Sale on Dec. 2nd. Cookies will be $2 a bag.  If you wish to donate cookies, please bring them to the library either Saturday, Nov. 30th or Monday, Dec. 2nd. Thank you!
