The Bristol Library is fortunate to have staff experienced with the Kindle, the Nook and the iPad! Please call to schedule a time to sit with a staff member if you need help with your device. OWWL2Go is the library’s ebook collection and we’ll be happy to show you how to get library ebooks for your ereader!

Many new titles are here with more arriving weekly! Lots of good movies coming out on DVD in January – come check us out!
The Library is open weekdays from 3pm-7pm except on Tuesdays we open at 10am. We are also open from 10am-2pm on Saturdays. If Bloomfield and/or Honeoye schools close due to bad weather, the library will be closed. Call first if it’s bad out (585) 229-5862.
The Bristol Knittters and Needlecrafters meet the first and third Tuesday of every month from 1pm – 3pm. On January 17th they will have an informational demonstration of a knitting machine. All are welcome!
Storytime is at noon on Tuesdays. All children up to age 5 are welcome. We read stories and sing songs.
Monday January 16th from 3:30-5:30 Pop in and Pastel!! Mrs. VanDeroef will be here for another art class, this time with pastels!!! Call for more information…

Thank you for making the 2011 Summer Reading Program a big success!
The children in Bristol read 22,220 minutes in July and August! We needed 2 maps for their stickers! Each dot on the maps is equal to 10 minutes of reading. Way to go all you readers!
The Library is looking forward to September – we welcome you to come in to find the perfect book, attend our AARP Safe Driver course, check out our Book Club (meets 12:30 2nd Tuesday of the month; September’s read is Room by Emma Donoghue), select a DVD from our growing collection, or just visit!
